"Called in for some tubing and a woman answered the phone her name is Chachi let me sat she went over and above to help me for what I was looking for, the steel needed to be cut and the yard guy was out sick so when I made my purchase I asked her if I could help to get the product to the saw and she told me I GOT THIS!!!! That is awesome so as I waited the blade needed to be changed and then she came to me and said Mike I am sorry but I am having a problem with the saw, so I went to look at it and helped with the problem and finished cutting it. All I can say is small town ROCKS !!!!! I would spend my money with them anytime."
